These terms apply when you use UniMona (unimona.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Your account

Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each person should have one account.

Courses and certificates

Courses are for your personal learning. A UniMona certificate shows that you completed a course on UniMona; it is not a degree or a credit at The University of the West Indies unless a course page states otherwise. We may update or retire course content from time to time.

Teachers

Teacher accounts are opened after UniMona approves an application. Teachers must only upload material they have the right to use and must keep student information confidential.

Using the site properly

Do not copy or resell course material, share your account, post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or try to interfere with the site. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Content ownership

Course material belongs to UniMona or the teacher who created it. You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow UniMona to display it on the site.

No financial advice

Courses on money and investing are for education. They are not personal financial advice. Speak to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Liability

We work to keep UniMona accurate and available, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, UniMona is not liable for losses arising from use of the site.
